When will my package be shipped?

If your order has not received a tracking update for some time, this is usually due to a delay or error from the carrier, but the package may still arrive within the estimated delivery time.

Please note: Make sure that your ordered products are correct, as we cannot stop or cancel a shipment once the package has been dispatched. If you decide to return all or part of your purchase, our return and refund policy applies within 14 business days after receiving the order.
